超聲波清洗機清洗的辦法有哪些？

　　1．參照超聲波清洗機安裝說明書連接清洗機的電控柜與主機間的溫控傳感器信號線、超聲驅動線、加熱器控制線等線路，并接通380VAC電源，安裝清洗機的上水管、放水管與溢流排放管。

Refer to the installation manual of the ultrasonic cleaning machine to connect the temperature control sensor signal line, ultrasonic drive line, heater control line, and other circuits between the electrical control cabinet of the cleaning machine and the host, and connect the 380VAC power supply. 　　2．超聲波清洗池清水

　　向清洗池內加入適量清水，液面高度以浸沒將要清洗的零部件為準，一般不超過清洗池的四分之三。

　　3．超聲波清洗加溫

　　啟動電控加熱開關，將水溫調節旋鈕上的白色刻度線指向適當的溫度（應為60℃左右）。清洗機在使用過程中，清洗劑的最高溫度不應超過70℃。

　　4．超聲波清洗機加入清洗劑

　　待水溫升至40℃左右時，將UC-O3零部件清洗劑加入清洗池中（一般一次5kg左右），徐徐攪動清水使其充分溶解（此時亦可啟動超聲波或開啟鼓氣裝置進行攪拌）。

　　清洗之前宜用竹刀先將零部件表面的污垢（如防塵罩外表面會有很多塵土、氣缸體類的零件在其外殼曲線變化處會積留很多厚且易除的油泥）簡單清潔一下，以便延長清洗液使用壽命。

　　超聲波能夠進行精密清洗，但其對泥類的污物處理能力較弱，故預處理中，應盡量將黃泥或稀泥類的污物去除。
