超聲波清洗機發(fā)生器上蓋打開，分別連接換能器的正負極，確定超聲波換能器的頻率，通常超聲波換能器的頻率有20KHz、25 KHz、28 KHz、40 KHz、68 KHz等等。先用頻率計連接，確定超聲波的頻率是否一致，然后把功率電位器調(diào)節(jié)大，觀察電流是否達到核定的電流。

如果開啟后沒有達到所需要的電流，那么把超聲波發(fā)生器輸出電感螺桿松開，擰動電感看電流是否增大，一般的話，如有增大，那么可以提升電流增大點，如沒有增大而是變小，則把電感的墊片抽掉點看是否電流有變大。如有變大看是不是電流的大點調(diào)到電流的大點，如還是沒有達到所需要的電流，把頻率變動一下，（換能器頻率一般調(diào)節(jié)范圍正常為正負1KHz）。

Generally, if it increases, the current increase point can be raised. If it does not increase but decreases, remove the gasket of the inductance to see if the current increases. 把頻率調(diào)大或調(diào)小看一下頻率變高電流變大還是頻率低電流變大。如是頻率變大電流變大，擇把頻率調(diào)節(jié)下，再提下電感看電流是否有增大，或把輸出變壓器的檔位升下檔。（如升下檔以超過清洗槽所需要的電流，則把頻率降低，好是與振子的頻率越接近越好）如已經(jīng)達到清洗槽的電流，提下電感看是否有增大（如變小），或抽掉一點墊片是否變大（如變小）。都是變小則就是以調(diào)到發(fā)生器與超聲波換能器的諧正點和佳狀態(tài)。
